A Day I will cherish forever . . .

Every wedding is magical.

On May 4, 2012, my precious daughter married her Prince Charming. Surrounded by family and friends, they travelled to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and said their vows. It was beautiful - a sunset wedding by the ocean shore. I cried many tears of joy throughout the week watching my daughter's dream come true - a perfect day with the man she loves!

 

A lot has Happened and There's Much More to Come!

Just checking in to say, "Hello."

A lot has happened during the early part of 2012 and I wanted to share the news.

So, here goes . . .

•  My son got married in a small civil ceremony to a beautiful and loving woman. I have never seen two people more happy!
•  I've been told that my daughter-in-law is carrying a baby BOY (my first grandchild).
•  I'm happy to report that I have been successful with my exercise program. I've lost weight. Yippieeeee!
•  The Bridal Shower for my daughter is looking good. Everything is working out great (the location, the guests, the food, etc.)
•  Preparations for my daughter's Destination Wedding to Punta Cana are running smoothly.
•  I'm looking ahead - planning a Baby Shower for my daughter-in-law.

I've been so busy keeping track of everything and I'm proud to say that I'm doing okay - taking it one day at a time and getting things done. I'm truly surprised that everything's going okay and that I'm still sane. Hahahaha

  

I'm sorry I haven't been online and visiting my blogging friends but, I will once things settled down a wee-bitty.

I hope you are all well and life is treating you good!

2011 Wrap-Up ~ 2012, Here We Come!

A lot happened in 2011 and even more new and exciting days are ahead in 2012!

I wanted to pop in and say, "Hi and Happy New Year" to all my friends here.

 

I've been pretty busy over the holidays and will be absent for a wee-bitty longer. My son is getting married on January 14, 2012 (six days from now) and I'm working on a Bridal Shower for my daughter who is also getting married in 116 days. I never imagined that both my children would be getting married only months apart - but, I'm excited none-the-less!

 

The icing on the cake is that my first grandchild is due on June 13, 2012.
WOW - the excitement never stops in my little corner of the world. :))

 

As soon as I find a few minutes, I will visit your blogs and check out what's been happening in your lives.
